Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is a famous American actor. Following her film debut in the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as one of the Brat Pack of actors. She also appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). For her performance on Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female lead. Ally Sheedy is an American actor and a writer. She began her career in film early in the 1980s with the crime-drama film Bad Boys, for which she was rewarded with a great deal of reviews. In the film directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown, and Alan Ruck also appeared. Her debut success led her to be a part of The Breakfast Club, a 1985 comedy-drama. John Hughes directed one of the most memorable films made for high school students. Although the budget was just $1 million, the film's earnings surpassed the mark of $50 million. When she was on CBS Schoolbreak, which was also her debut on television. It was a program for teenagers that started airing from April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are among the other shows on which she's appeared. Recent appearances include Little Sister, a film that follows a super-hero, with Sheedy as the role of a tiny cameo. Sheedy for her amazing performances has received numerous awards, one of which was her MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in 2005.
